Solution If you're serious about getting the best results from your web site, then you need to have access to the web site visitor statistics.

There are 3 general options available to you -

1) Use Google Analytics

This is the option that we recommend. Google Analytics is a fantastic statistics solution for your web site and it's totally free.

Best of all, if your web site is hosted with Aussiecom and you want to use Google Analytics, just let Aussiecom know and we'll set it up for you at no charge. We will configure a statistics report to be emailed to you weekly or monthly.

2) Use the free web site visitor statistics that Aussiecom have provided.

If your web site is hosted with Aussiecom, then we have already configured a web site statistics area for you. It's not as user friendly as the Google Analytics solution mentioned above, however it does have a lot of detail and is fine for most small businesses. You can access it by going to http://www.yourcompanyname.com.au/plesk-stat/webstat - your username and password are the same as your FTP username and password. If you need help getting access, just contact Aussiecom.

3) Choose your own 3rd party visitor statistics solution

There are many web site visitor statistics solutions available. Some are free and others you need to pay for.
