What are the requirements to use Spam Blaster Email Protection Services?
Solution
Email Protection Services work for any mail server that rejects mail to invalid users at the SMTP level. Most modern mail servers work this way.
Some hosting control panel server types that we have found that may not handle this properly: SWsoft Plesk versions lower than 7.5, InterWorx, Ensim (with catch-alls enabled which is the default)
Many mail servers and control panels allow the administrator or users to enable "catch-all" aliases for domains on the server. Spam Blaster does not support these types of configurations.
