If you ever need to forward an email to Aussiecom Support, please forward it as an Attachment.
To learn how to forward an email as an attachment, find your email program below and follow the instructions.
Outlook Express
1. In your Inbox, right click on the email you wish to forward and select "Forward As Attachment".
2. Compose and send your email as per usual.

Hotmail
1. Log into your Hotmail account.
2. In the top right hand corner, find and click "Options".

3. In Mail Options, find and click "Mail Display Settings".

4. Within Mail Display Settings, find "Message Headers" and select "Advanced" and click "OK" to save.

5. Open and view the email you wish to forward and click "View Email Message Source".

6. Right click anywhere in the new window that will pop up, and click "View Source".
7. Notepad will open - save the source code by selecting the "File" menu and "Save As...".

8. Close Notepad.
9. Compose a new email and attach the source code you saved in Step 7.
NOTE - If your version of Windows Live Hotmail does not have 'Mail Display Settings' on the Options page, please follow these steps.
A. Log into your Hotmail account.
B. Right-click the subject title of the email you wish to forward to Aussiecom.
C. A drop down menu will appear - select View Source.
D. Select the entire source code that appears in your browser and paste into a new Notepad document.
E. Save.
F. Compose a new message and attached the Saved source code.
Yahoo
1. Open and view the email you wish to forward.
2. Select the "As Attachment" option by clicking on the "Forward" drop down menu option.

3. Compose and send your email as per usual.
Microsoft Outlook / Exchange
Microsoft Outlook / Exchange is slightly different from the other email programs - please follow the instructions below.
1. To forward 1 email as an attachment you must select two or more emails to forward at the same time. To forward 2 or more emails as attachments - view your Inbox, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click to select the relevant emails. Release the Ctrl key when emails are selected.
2. Click the "Forward" button.

3. When the Compose window pops up, click on any email attachments you don't want to forward to Aussiecom Support, and press "delete" on your keyboard to remove it.

4. Compose and send email as per usual.
Mozilla Thunderbird
1. In your Inbox, select the email you wish to forward. To forward 2 or more emails as attachments, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click to select the relevant emails.
2. With the email/s highlighted, find the "Message" menu and select "Forward as" and then "Attachment".
3. Compose and send email as per usual.
IncrediMail
Unfortunately, IncrediMail does not have an option to Forward as Attachment, and does not give access to view the email source you receive. You may want to contac tthem and see if there is another option available.
Gmail
1. Open and view the email you wish to forward.
2. Click on "Options", or find the dropdown menu as illustrated below, and then select "Show original".

3. A new window will open.
4. In the "View" menu, select "Source".

5. Notepad will open - save the source code by selecting the "File" menu and "Save As...".

6. Close Notepad.
7. Compose a new email and attach the source code you saved in Step 5.
