Included -
1 - Deliverability test (before) - You will receive a deliverability test report which clearly shows any reasons why your emails may be getting blocked or ending up in junk/spam folders.
2 - Improve the deliverability - We will resolve all issues mentioned in the deliverability test that are within our control. This can include DNS changes, add/edit SPF record, add/edit DKIM record, configure DMARC, request removal from any spam blacklists, and more.
3 - Remote support - If we believe your email settings are incorrect we’ll let you know which settings to check/fix and if possible we’ll connect remotely to your device to check/fix the settings for you.
4 - Deliverability test (after) - You will receive a deliverability test report which you can compare to the earlier report to see the deliverability improvements we’ve made for you.
5 - Further recommendations - If we still see any deliverability issues we’ll let you know what we recommend you should be doing to further improve your deliverability.
